From the local award-winning Point Reyes Farmstead Creamery, who has brought us favorite cheeses like Toma and Bay Blue, we are happy to offer you their award-winning Gouda. Made from pasteurized, rBST-free cows’ milk and with microbial (vegetarian) rennet, it is aged over 10 months. Its creamy texture with a slight crystallization, delivers deep flavors of toasted hazelnuts, caramel, butterscotch and cooked cream. Compliment it with honey, toasted almonds or hazelnuts or simply enjoy it with a glass of sweet wine, craft beer or bourbon.
